As many of you know from reading our web site and exchanging email with us over the years, we have a mission of helping people in Nicaragua.  In fact our primary purpose of starting our North American roasting operations was to enable us to raise additional funds for our philanthropic efforts in and around our farming region.  It turns out running the business and trying to focus on philanthropic endeavors are quite taxing on our time.  Thus we have decided to focus on the philanthropic side of things (considering going non-profit) and leave the roasting business to our roast master.

Beginning with the 2008 crop, we have decided to outsource 100% of our roasted  coffee production and equipment business to our good friend and partner Philip Meech of Caffe Lusso Coffee Roasters.  You have enjoyed our excellent coffee for two reasons thus far; one because we grow exceptional coffee at our family farm, and two because Philip is an outstanding and fastidious master roaster.  Philip has been our roast master from day one and carries great Nicaraguan Estate Coffees from our region (Matagalpa Nicaragua) as well as great estate coffees from many other regions around the coffee world.  We would greatly appreciate your continued support by purchasing your specialty coffee directly from Philip at www.CaffeLusso.com.
